Hello world !

I never thought I would ever enter the world of blogging, maybe because I never thought myself to be much of a writer.....dreamer, yes but not a writer. There are several things that bring out passion in a person and for me it's always been things related to my home and family, cooking because I love to see them enjoy a good meal, keeping the house tidy and clutter free because that's how we want our surroundings to be, but every time I decide to pen my thoughts down, they would fly outside the window . So what brings me here ?
 It's the pride and happiness of possessing a home, a home of your own. We spent the whole of last year purchasing a piece of land and building a house on it. The heartaches and the headaches have been innumerable and the toil we have put in has been immense but the result has been so satisfying, almost like a dream come true.
  The journey, the process of turning a barren piece of land into a structure of beams and bricks, then turning it into a home filled with love and dreams has been something unimaginable . I take great pride in my prized possession and love every single moment I spend here with my loved ones. I have taken a lot of inspiration from people here in the blog world, have visited certain pages and blogs many times and learnt so much . There are so many lovely people here who share their experiences, their homes , a part of their lives with us and help the newbies like me to aspire and dream . Maybe that is what has given me a reason to start off on my own, share my limited knowledge and experience and to learn many more things from those who share similar tastes.
